Yes, for these areas you will be able to use your insurance:

Note: The Oakhaven lab is convenient a low cost so you may not want to deal with an outside lab for common tests, but those labs will not go through your insurance

Will Dr. Jordan be practicing solo or will I be able to see other doctor's at Oakhaven if she is on unavailable?

I like the Direct Patient Care model, but I already spend a lot on insurance. What can I do to decrease insurance costs and see more financial benefit from a DPC membership?
If you have a choice between a low deductible and high deductible plan, most of the time a high deductible plan paired with DPC will save most people hundreds of dollars per year. Often times the savings are thousands of dollars per year. It depends on your plan options and your family health situation.
We can help you do a cost comparison before your next open enrollment
Another good option for many people is a health sharing program that has a DPC membership benefit.
With what health system is Oakhaven Health affiliated?
Oakhaven Health is an independent private medical practice that is not affiliated with any health system. Oakhaven doctors can refer to area hospitals and to specialists as they see fit and are not constrained to one health system.
Will I have access to a patient portal to coordinate my appointments, see notes, and be able to message Dr. Jordan?
Yes.
Dr. Jordan will be using a state-of-the-art electronic medical record system and you will be able to install a phone app or login to a web portal to interact with the medical practice in many ways.
Will my previous medical records be able to be imported into her new system?
In most cases, yes. At your first visit we can assist with that. You also have the option of bring a paper copy to be scanned in, but using Oakhaven's migration bridge is the best plan. It usually takes less than 15 minutes for us to work through that with you, depending on which charting system and patient portal you currently use.
